Celebrating Jern Varangkana’s National Roasting Championship

Congratulations to Jern Varangkana and the NiPCOFFEE team. Their original announcement celebrated Jern becoming champion of the Thailand National Coffee Roasting Championship 2023 edition, held from 20 to 23 October 2022.

NiPCOFFEE thanked Espresso Academy Thailand for providing access to a ROEST machine during preliminary preparation. The team also recognised Rolling Coffee Roaster and the many people who supported their practice and competition journey.

We were glad to contribute to that preparation and to share their celebration. With credit to NiPCOFFEE, the original photograph and announcement below preserve the achievement and the team’s own words of thanks.
