Brussels Coffee Stops: Aksum and OR Espresso Bar

Two Anaya Espresso Society posts published on 8 and 9 February 2017 preserve a short record of coffee stops in Brussels. The dates are the dates the posts appeared; the visits themselves are not separately dated.
The 8 February post places Natt Muangsiri at Aksum in Brussels. It describes tasting Ethiopian coffees identified as Yirgacheffe and Sidamo. In his caption, Natt compares the Yirgacheffe’s acidity to lemon and describes peach and apricot in the Sidamo’s aftertaste. He also writes that he brought Anaya house blend for the café’s baristas to try, following a promise made after Anaya opened.
A post published the following day places Natt at OR Espresso Bar Brussel. He writes that the café inspired him on shop design and describes exchanging coffee there. His caption highlights the sparkling acidity of OR Special Blend.
Together, the posts document two café experiences and a coffee exchange during a Brussels visit. They do not establish a formal partnership, employment, training, or the exact dates of the visits.
