Anaya Espresso Society’s October 2017 posts preserve two separate snapshots of early coffee learning. They do not identify a named course, instructor, class date or certification, so this recap keeps to what the records show.

On 15 October, a short video was captioned “first cupping with first batch!!!” and tagged Bangkok and Thailand. A sampled frame shows cupping cups and a red roasting machine. The caption documents a cupping with a first batch; it does not establish that this was Anaya’s first-ever cupping or the date the activity took place.

A separate post on 29 October framed roasting as “Chapter 2.” Its photographs show roasted beans in a cooling tray and an operator sampling from a roaster. A companion album belongs to the same date and is treated as supporting imagery, not another class or article.

Together, the posts offer a small, dated record of Anaya’s early cupping and roasting activity. They do not establish a formal SCA course, participant identities, attendance, a trainer, or certificates. The original posts and album remain linked below.
