An iced cappuccino made our stop at Tim Wendelboe in Oslo memorable. The coffee came through with a fragrant, fruity character and a balance of acidity that we enjoyed.

There was a little wait for the drink: coffee and milk were mixed until slightly thick, then finished with a light dusting of coffee powder. It was a small preparation detail that stood out in our visit.
