Alumni Community: LITA CAFE’s Es-Yen 90’s

“แนะนำเลย เอสเย็น 90‘s” was our recommendation when we shared LITA CAFE’s update in November 2023, together with our alumni2022 tag. It is a small memory of staying connected with our alumni beyond the classroom.

In the shared post, Soradet Jiravichalert thanked customers and the café team for their first “ร้านเวรี่กู๊ด” recognition. The update featured LITA CAFE’s Es-Yen 90’s and its café business, with branches listed in Salaya, Lat Krabang and Suvarnabhumi at the time.

That connection also appears in a January 2023 update from LITA CAFE Latkrabang. The café described taking an SCA Sensory course at the end of 2022, bringing together theory, science and practical work. Its aim was to use deeper tasting knowledge to develop the coffee served at both of its branches at that time.

Earlier that year, on July 21, we had congratulated LITA CAFE Latkrabang on another milestone. The café’s own announcement described its Es-Yen 90’s as a winner at the first World Es-yen Championship during Thailand Coffee Fest 2023. Its presentation recalled childhood treats through crispy tangme candy, connecting the drink with memories of the 1990s.
