Service Description
FIRST VISIT: Add "First-visit orientation (60 min)" once per customer. THB 3,000 excluding VAT adds 60 minutes before your chosen rental package. We cover the venue, safety, machine controls, batch handling, cooling, cleanup and handover, with machine-use guidance as needed. Any time left within that hour may be used for roasting at no extra machine fee; green coffee is separate. Returning customers who have completed orientation do not pay it again; we give a brief safety check when changing machines. Book at least 24 hours ahead. Book the Giesen W6E at Espresso Academic. Available daily from 11:00 to 19:00 (Asia/Bangkok), subject to availability. We warm the machine before your arrival and allow one hour between customers. Rental prices exclude VAT: 1 hour ฿2,000; 4 hours ฿7,000; 7 hours ฿9,500. Cancellation Policy
Roaster rentals are available daily, 11:00–19:00 (Asia/Bangkok), subject to availability. Please book at least 24 hours in advance. We warm the machine before your arrival. A one-hour turnaround is blocked between customers. Prices exclude VAT. Cancellation: With 14 or more days’ notice, the unused rental session is refundable. With less than 14 days’ notice, 50% of the booking value becomes credit toward another rental session within six months; the remaining 50% is a cancellation fee. Contact learning@espressoacademic.com to arrange a cancellation, refund or credit. Approved refunds are initiated within five Thai business days. If Espresso Academic cancels, you may choose a refund for the undelivered service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
